Unknown Aqua Purple Candlesticks

I haven’t posted in the Unknowns gallery in awhile. That’s not to say that all the newer pieces I’ve come across have been identified. Far from it! The main reason is that it just takes a long time to take pictures and enter these into the database. I’ve a huge backlog of unidentified pottery and ceramics that are most likely made in California. Hopefully, one day we’ll get these identified.
This pair of candlestick holders sure seem to be California pottery from around the 30s to 40s. I’d originally thought they were perhaps West Coast Pottery, but they aren’t marked in any way - and to my knowledge most West Coast is indeed marked. The glaze is a drip aqua and purple combination. More pictures are in the Unknowns Gallery (#A0024)

I was trying to research a Ken’s Calif. pottery vase I have, and it has the exact color combination , done in the same manner.

@linda - thanks for commenting. I need to make a permanent gallery page later on for Ken’s because after finding so many examples, it’s obviously a bigger company. Still no info whatsoever on them, but I’ve been looking in the library archives for Ceramic journals.
