No, no. I don’t mean “pot” as in the episode where Peggy meets Mary Jane. I’m talking Pottery Spotting on Mad Men. Quite a few pieces of California (and non-California as well) pottery have been spotted on AMC’s Mad Men series.

This latest spotting appears to be a ceramic California pottery planter, but I’m not sure which company (See the Full Photo in the Mad Men Design Photo Gallery). At first, I thought this might be a Covina Pottery piece, but I think the shape is slightly different. Other companies I had in mind were Aborn and Judy of California, though both of these companies mostly produced later than the time period that the show is supposed to have taken place in. Any ideas?
