Heath Los Angeles is Coming!
I was pretty excited to hear that Heath Ceramics will be opening a Los Angeles location soon! Not that the Sausalito factory store was terribly out of the way for a visitor to San Fran, but having an alternate location here in Southern California is going to be awesome.
The new location is going to be run in conjunction with Adam Silverman of Atwater Pottery, who will serve as the studio operator. The store will sell Heath dinnerware in addition to other home accessories - but the production will stay up north. In addition to the design studio, they’ll eventually implement a gallery for visiting artists.
The store will be located on Beverly Blvd, just north of Pan Pacific Park, between Fairfax and La Brea. You can be sure I’m going to be there when it opens this December!

hi kraken, i’m excited about it too! Have you been to the Sausalito one yet? I was planning to make a trip, but maybe I don’t have to now =)
