I know that Bauer Pottery is one of the most well-known of the companies that produced California Pottery, and covering the more popular companies isn’t really our mission at Potteries of Califonia. However, I thought I’d create a gallery for Bauer anyhow, since we do have a few pieces of it.

We mostly have found examples of Bauer Speckle Ware, in particular the Brusche pieces as seen above. These are sometimes marked very lightly, and even if the backstamp lettering is visible, it often doesn’t have the Bauer name.
